Through your life you will have to sign various contracts for things like apartment rentals, loans, credit card agreement and sports participation agreements. Some contracts will be very important and others may seem trivial. This webquest will introduce you to the various parts of a contract, including what is needed to make the contract binding and when a contract should be in writing. 

There are 6 Basic Elements of a Legally Enforceable Contract

1.  There must be offer and acceptance
2.  This must be supported by consideration
3.  Parties must have capacity to contract
4.  There must be genuine assent
5.  Must be for a legal purpose
6.  Must be in writing when required
